Shipping Policy


Order Processing


All UP Apparel products are made to order. Once your order is placed, it enters production before being shipped.


A majority of Production typically takes 6-7 business days, although this may vary during busy periods, holidays, or promotional events. Some garments are sourced from the USA and will take 10-13 working days. 

The following garments are sourced in the USA- Oversized t-shirts, Skull t-shirts, Premium heavyweight t-shirts, UP Mug

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a second email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.



Shipping Times


Estimated delivery times:


United Kingdom


  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days after dispatch


Europe


  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days after dispatch


International


  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days after dispatch


Please note that these delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.



Shipping Costs


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order size.


Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.



Tracking Your Order


Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email where available.


Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.



Delays


While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to:


  • High order volumes
  • Courier service disruptions
  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Customs processing for international orders
  • Public holidays


UP Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.



Incorrect Shipping Information


Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.


If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already entered production or been dispatched, we may be unable to amend the delivery details.


Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be resent.



Lost or Damaged Parcels


If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at team@upapparel.co.uk within 14 days of the expected delivery date.


We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.



Customs & Import Duties


For international orders, customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations.


These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
