Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To request a return, please contact us at team@upapparel.co.uk. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at team@upapparel.co.uk with photographs of the issue. We will assess the situation and work quickly to resolve it.


Non-Returnable Items

As all UP Apparel products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selections made at the time of ordering
  • Change of mind purchases
  • Customised or personalised products

We strongly recommend checking our sizing guides before placing your order.

Returns will only be accepted for items that are faulty, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.


European Union Customers

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it without providing a reason.

To qualify, the item must be unworn, unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
